Workplace Exploration Process
Interested in providing workplace tours or job shadow opportunities through LaunchPad? Questions? Contact Laura Norris at 816.842.7082.
1. Apply to become a LaunchPad partner. Get started or call 816.842.7082.
2. Once approved as a LaunchPad partner, employers gain access to LaunchPad’s online database, which makes it easy for employers to post internship and job shadow opportunities and search from a list of student applicants.
3. Employers, not LaunchPad, contact applicants being considered for positions, conduct all interviews and make all offers.
